토익라이팅 Part 2: 회사 업무 메일에서 자주 쓰이는 표현

오늘은 토익라이팅 Part 2에서 자주 쓰이는 표현들을 알아보겠습니다.

토익라이팅을 위하여 공부한 내용들이지만, 실제로 업무 이메일에서도 자주 쓸 수 있는 표현들이더라구요.

미국간호사를 준비하며 미국에 메일 쓸 일이 참 많았는데 정말 유익한 내용이라는 생각이 들었습니다.

 

토익라이팅 공부하는 김에 익혀두면 두고두고 쓸 일이 있을 것 같습니다.

표현들과 함께 예시 문장들도 준비했으니 함께 확인해주세요!

 

1. work on ~: ~ 업무를 하고 있다.
   I'm currently working on the project proposal and should be finished by the end of this week.
   저는 지금 프로젝트 업무 제안 업무를 하고 있고 이번주 말까지 끝내야 합니다.
   
   
2. be finished / done by ~: ~까지 끝나다 
   This report you requested will be done by our team before the upcoming board meeting.
   귀하가 요청한 이 보고서는 다음 이사회 회의까지 우리 팀이 마무리할 것입니다.
   
   
3. have time for ~: ~할 시간이 있다.
   If you have any questions about the budget, I'll have time for a discussion tomorrow morning.
   예산과 관련한 질문이 있으시다면, 내일 아침까지 논의할 시간이 있습니다.
   
   
4. be available for ~: ~할 시간이 있다.
   I'll be available for a conference call to help with the client presentation at 2 P.M.
   2시 고객 프리젠테이션을 도와드리기 위해 유선회의를 할 시간이 있습니다.
   
   
5. leave the company: 퇴사하다.
